Creatine is life-changing stuff, I think everyone should take it.

It's not only good for working out, but it also really helps your brain.

If you're reading this and you take creatine, chime in with how much you take, and how you take it. Personally I do 100 mg a day in the morning with my morning blueberry, yogurt, pom juice smoothie. When I was younger, I had a sick supplement stack, but I eventually crashed out because my farts just got out of control. Impossible to have a deep tete-a-tete with a babe when your guts are highly pressurized and you have to blast ass every 5 minutes. Creatine absolutely sucks for the non-stop farts, but it is probably the best supplement you can take.

Especially shitty if you mix certain foods when on creatine, the farts are just out of control. Was at the liquor store today looking for some really dark and exotic rum today and had to keep crop dusting other shoppers. Had a chili for lunch and my butthole could be contracted out by Ferrari to wind tunnel their next supercar. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:321GFY

I've always heard it's great, I take half of what you take (5gm in my banana shake), don't notice anything super great, but who knows maybe it's helping something in some way.

I've read that you have to take a bit more than the usual 5g dose to notice quick benefits to the brain.

Personally, having my father die of kidney disease, I'd rather not go above 5g.

Creatine is also supposed to ward off alzheimer's.

try switching from creatine monohydrate to creatine HCL to stop those stomach issues. it worked for me. nutricost is con-cret hcl but cheaper.
