Numerous reports, allegations, confessions, and media investigations point to a darker side involving high-end escorting or transactional sex, sometimes escalating to extreme, degrading, or abusive situations.
Key points from credible reports and widespread discussions:

Wealthy men (frequently described as Arab or Emirati elites) contact attractive women via Instagram DMs, offering paid trips, luxury accommodations, gifts (designer bags, jewelry, cash), and large sums (thousands to tens/hundreds of thousands of dollars) in exchange for companionship that includes sex.
These arrangements are often framed initially as "modeling gigs," "influencer opportunities," "yacht parties," or "private events," but turn into sexual expectations.
Specific allegations include "Porta Potty parties" (a slang term from viral exposés), where women are allegedly paid for extreme/degrading acts involving bodily fluids/humiliation (e.g., defecation, urination fetishes).

A tale as old as time. I remember in the late 80s a couple of guys appeared on the UK circuit, who were 'talent managers' offering the girls connections with legit porn work... However that was only their cover - The real money, for themselves and the girls, was for arranging for them to attend certain 'private events' at one of the Embassies in London...
