IBILL - whats going on?
Do you have an update?
The only reason I resort to posting here is since I can't seem to get in touch with any customer service reps over the phone.. update please, as the timeframe you gave us yesterday has passed. Thanks. |
Yesterday they said up to 48 hours more which takes us to Monday at around 10am Pacific.

I know I'm starting to pull links to sponsors who process through ibill.

I'm trying to convince the remaining ibill sponsors i use to switch to ccbill or globill. But they do the "well WE haven't had a probelm yet." So they will just wait unitl ibill fucks them over for a very large sum of money and all their rebills, then post here and complain in a popcorn thread. |
LOL!

I'm not deleting them all completely, but I'm definitely paring them waaaaaaaay down. Like you, I would rather minimize a problem before it blows up. |
I got this email from our premium rep about 2 hours ago:
Current Status CMI is still unavailable. Transaction processing is NOT affected so please be assured that transactions are running as usual. End users can go to our customer service website www.ibillcs.com to cancel subscriptions. Update Summary CMI Status: CMI is still unavailable for clients and for iBill employees ETA: It is anticipated that CMI will be fully functional by late afternoon today, 06/02/03 Cancel Subscriptions: www.ibillcs.com is currently available for end users to cancel subscriptions Transaction Processing: NORMAL Next Update: 5:00 p.m. EST 06/02/03 Sincerely, iBill Premium Accounts Department [email protected] 800.850.8886 (US) 954.363.4951 (International) |
It went back up and ironically, even though they said they were still processing transactions, I didn't make a dime while they were down. What a surprise. :ugone2far

Any one still processing through IBill will only have themselves to blame when it goes wrong.
I chose the wrong hosting service, I stuck with him when the warning sirens were screaming. Who do I blame him or me? |
My sponsor uses iBill (and CC Bill), so I personally don't have a choice. It's a small niche, so there isn't another program to use. They tried to use CC Bill only, but then *they* had problems too.
Maybe the sales will magically show up later. |
i really heard enough with iBill, any alternative processor?
|
this might be an off topic but does anyone know if you can consolidate all your ibill accounts into one?? similar to how ccbill has theirs?

yeah not one sale or rebill for 4 days on the sponsor that uses iBill and averages a sale a day for me. Nice fucking deal.
|
The cmi is still getting caught up on all the revshare data.... those stats aren't right yet
|
looks like a sale and a re-bill happened on mine.
|
I was just listening to Intercept's conference call, and apparently they've laid off 40 IBill people as part of their "consolidation" with other operations.
I wonder if that's part of the problem. |
