IBILL - whats going on?

Do you have an update?

The only reason I resort to posting here is since I can't seem to get in touch with any customer service reps over the phone..

update please, as the timeframe you gave us yesterday has passed.

Thanks.

Cindyff 06-01-2003 09:25 AM

Yesterday they said up to 48 hours more which takes us to Monday at around 10am Pacific.

The tech support was never there at week ends when we used to use Ibill as our main processors.

I know I'm starting to pull links to sponsors who process through ibill.

I'm trying to convince the remaining ibill sponsors i use to switch to ccbill or globill.

But they do the

"well WE haven't had a probelm yet."

So they will just wait unitl ibill fucks them over for a very large sum of money and all their rebills, then post here and complain in a popcorn thread.

yall 06-01-2003 02:26 PM

LOL!

I'm not deleting them all completely, but I'm definitely paring them waaaaaaaay down. Like you, I would rather minimize a problem before it blows up.

It went back up and ironically, even though they said they were still processing transactions, I didn't make a dime while they were down. What a surprise. :ugone2far

Paul Markham 06-02-2003 12:40 PM

Any one still processing through IBill will only have themselves to blame when it goes wrong.

I chose the wrong hosting service, I stuck with him when the warning sirens were screaming. Who do I blame him or me?

AAnnAArchy 06-02-2003 12:47 PM

My sponsor uses iBill (and CC Bill), so I personally don't have a choice. It's a small niche, so there isn't another program to use. They tried to use CC Bill only, but then *they* had problems too.

Maybe the sales will magically show up later.

loverboy 06-02-2003 12:49 PM

i really heard enough with iBill, any alternative processor?

FirstByte 06-02-2003 01:23 PM

this might be an off topic but does anyone know if you can consolidate all your ibill accounts into one?? similar to how ccbill has theirs?

FB

yes, but unfortunately they still don't pay you with one check. I asked about it and it looks like it will take a while before they start doing that :(

slapass 06-02-2003 03:01 PM

yeah not one sale or rebill for 4 days on the sponsor that uses iBill and averages a sale a day for me. Nice fucking deal.

necoeds 06-02-2003 03:08 PM

The cmi is still getting caught up on all the revshare data.... those stats aren't right yet

berg.the.red 06-02-2003 04:25 PM

looks like a sale and a re-bill happened on mine.

nevermind 06-02-2003 06:28 PM

I was just listening to Intercept's conference call, and apparently they've laid off 40 IBill people as part of their "consolidation" with other operations.

I wonder if that's part of the problem.
