Are there any hosting providers with VPS and S3 storage on this forum with good pricing and an established reputation?

The two most reliable hosts in this industry are Vacares and MojoHost. These are referral/commission links.

I don't know if Vacares has S3-compatible storage, but I'm sure they would work with you. MojoHost has S3-compatible storage called MojoStorage.
