What the fuck is "tip" for at dispensaries check out? For what?

If they spend time with me going over profiles etc I tip. Car side I tip If it’s an online order I go in to pick up no tip

Usually its for the hot girl budtenders, if you got them.

Don't use it but the hope is that people are use to tipping service people and do it out of habit because it's there. I don't tip grocery store employee's nor theatre ticket booth people or where it get gas but I will tip waitress's - food vendors etc.
