Remember the days when sponsors gave a shit? Over the years I got watches fruit luggage etc etc
Best gifts. I got a Rolex, a Bell and Ross and a breitling. I got a free trip to the island gathering one year. (Thanks to BabeNet 😂) made a deal there worth 6 figures annually. So that was the most profit gift. But best of the best. Traffic Mansion and Sven invited myself and 1 other affiliate to Monaco for a 4 day vacation on a 90 foot private yacht. Sailed the Med and ate amazing food and wine.

This industry used to be amazing. Now they send boxes of cracker jacks I suppose. 😂

So crazy how many sponsors really reached out to the affiliates and wanted to keep us promoting them as our top sponsors...

One Christmas I got a surprise delivery and it was a huuuuuuuge assortment of boxes to open... A fucking massive tin of 3 different types of delicious popcorn, one butter, one cheese, one caramel, and to this day I've never had better popcorn...

There was a gift basket and some other stuff... Topbucks sent me that because I had my best year ever with that sponsor...

ARS I think sent me a laptop or two... but that one Topbucks shipment at Christmas was so damn good. Included in the basket were all of these Arizona-ish, South West type salsas and tortilla chips and like endless different hot sauces and condiments and the basket was so massive it had like 30+ fucking items, I couldn't believe it. The #1 thing that was in the basket is unforgettable... a brand that disappeared but they made a black bean chipotle salsa with sweet corn.... definitely an acquired taste because it was so strong and so spicy, but holy fuck, I learned to love that chipotle taste and that Christmas was when I learned I love spicy ass foods and I wasn't just eating hot peppers to try and "one up" my pals in front of chicks.

Fucking Topbucks made me feel like I was loved and appreciated at Christmas for the first time in my life! :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:uhoh:1orglaugh

I missed that game by a few years (young and dumb, same old story) but I got some blankets, clocks, shot glasses and a few other items from Playboy around 2005-2006 or so.

Thought it was neat at the time, a watch would have been nicer.

I remember when I FIRST got started, like 2002ish or something, I found XXX Jay's website where he had his pics of the FIRST 20 INCH chrome wheels I'd ever seen, and his huuuuuuuge mansion with the pool in Hollywood or wherever it was... soooooooo sick!!!!!

I remember XXX jay's pics for sure! I also remember silvercash (I think that was it) because the owner or one of the people involved had a nice house and always posted it here, that was like 2003 GFY and I was working on stupid E/N sites at the time.

Whalecash sent me a crate of hunting stuff since they knew I hunted. Personalized gift was nice touch.

My first Xbox and Game Cube were from message board contests. Few videogames and DVDs as well. Those were fun.

As far as best gifts I would say the never ending lines coke. I really loved doing the good stuff. In addition to all the food. I never received any one large gift but one sponsor paid for everything for me on some trips. One even hooked me up with a hot Russian escort. She was mean but beautiful. Class act!.

The one that I use frequently by this day is a SexSearch / Orgasm backpack that was sent to me back in 2011 or 2012. With original branding.

I also used to wear a small and handy ePassporte backpack back in the day, one that got quite infamous after 2010.

CE gave me 2 tumi backpacks I still use. Cheapest gift ever considering the amount of joins I sent per day 😂😂😂 and look where ardy is today 😂😂

Back when I sent sponsors 1/10th the sales I do now? (circa 2004?):

I would get mountain bikes with custom parts and a fitting at a local bike shop. I've received laptops and iPods back when those were a thing. Phones. I would get flown to Vegas and put up in a hotel and invited to some pretty crazy parties.

I would also get shit I didn't care for since I am a seller of porn and not a big fan of it. Stuff like shirts, bumper stickers, coffee mugs, pencil holders, letter openers, etc. I usually gave this swag to my friends who were single.

These days when I send them 10 times the sales?: I get chocolates that cost $25 or less. I get more swag. Sometimes I might get a decent bottle of liquor or a gift cert to something like Amazon for $200.


Times have definitely changed a lot since the days of TCG and Lightspeed. Back then I'd often forget about the "funny money" I was accumulating and one day I'd be like, oh shit, I have like $4K in funny money to spend. Some like TCG would have a "store" you could spend it in and that reminded me of Wheel of Fortune back in the day when they would buy stuff from the prize room.

I once bought all of my family's Xmas gifts with funny money. Probably around 2004 or 2005. I think I spend around $12K in funny money. AND I got gifts from the sponsors on top of that.
