Ofcom clarifies what counts as 'pornographic'

Quote:

“When deciding what content is suitable to include before an age gate, services should refer to our guidance on pornographic content, considering the wider context of their site and whether the images or videos are accompanied by sexually explicit language in titles, for example ... What matters is whether it is reasonable to assume the content was produced principally for the purpose of sexual arousal,” the statement clarifies.

I guess there is no way I can make my shemale blog non-pornographic according to this standard.

DVTimes 01-19-2026 05:51 AM

In truth they will cover everything to claim it is porn. Even if you find a way around it, they will no doubt update things to include.

CaptainHowdy 01-19-2026 07:00 AM

Everything is porn according to Freud . . .

The Porn Nerd 01-19-2026 07:10 AM

Isn't just about everything on social media 'produced principally for the purpose of sexual arousal'? LOL

INever 01-19-2026 08:59 AM

Make anything educative, say the porn part is for users attention

mechanicvirus 01-19-2026 01:28 PM

Aren't OFCOM now being threatened by the US justice department over X?

Hey the 'intended purpose' is not to arouse sexually, it's to sell pizza!

thatīs exactly what we just thought... :1orglaugh

make a film, naked on the bed, legs wide apart, sliding a big fat toy, fucking the huge toy, but while fucking it, saying very clearly & not provocatively

"First, we insert the length of the tool inside the vagina. Next we continue to pump the vagina with the big fat tool"...

education, this could be seen as "educational", not porn :winkwink:

They criticize playboy, but when I test their pictures, they rank very high on esthetics models.

CurrentlySober 01-22-2026 02:20 PM

It all goes in circles - Looking back at 1991 in the UK - (Seems like only yesterday) - Porn was 100% illegal - So they decide to make a porn film and dress it up as 'education' - For example they 'Needed' to show an erection, in order to show the correct way to apply a condom... Hence 'Educational'

Needless to say it sold over 200,000 units on video in the first couple of weeks and went on to sell over 1.3 million tapes overall!

It would suck as a content provider to have your images/videos declared safe for the masses because there is no way that your models could induce sexual arousal.

there you go...

now considering pushing the barrier & shooting an "educational" video, 20 mins of how a woman & man have sex & another 20 min episode to show how to use toys for the educational fact of stimulation & arousal....

wonder if i would need a PhD & then this would be classed as education, maybe gaining a doctorate would be worthwhile lol :1orglaugh

at least I know our blog is seen as porn, was told by one of my subs, the blog was blocked in a club he works in using their wifi...

:thumbsup

You know, all this porn blocking & Ofcom clarifying what is "porn". Afternoon & evening TV will have to change, the amount of seductive programs that are just dramas, itīs got to be good for the porn business & maybe shall stop singers like Taylor Swift flaunting all her goods on stage :disgust

yes. Grok was displaying images of naked minors with itīs clothes removal. It was a dealt with, classified as a glitch, it still should never have happened. Especially when AVS can manage age, then wtf was Grok doing. I take it they didnīt think about that side of things and hadnīt added AVS to the system code...

who knows where how that will pan out.

Sexualized Images including some of minors.
That's for example images in bikini.

You spin this to pedo

Also the right to do caricatures seems not interesting anymore

Over at Sam Altman's forum they flag anti musk posts. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=46749319

The lack of respect and basic humane dignity...by scraping, distorting...that's the problem.
