OSA 2023 & Ofcom – anyone had to rethink AV setups?
 

We just wondering and asking
what counts as “effective” age verification

whether AV needs to be enforced before any content is visible

how much documentation / evidence Ofcom might realistically ask for

Curious how others here are approaching this:

making changes now

waiting for enforcement

assuming payment or basic gates will be enough

All of these to be answered I assumed with the ofcom enforcement
