Currently Sober in side please

So you’re the resident expert on shit. I’ve had massive diarrhea for 2 days and it’s fucking GREEN! Drs don’t know wtf and I haven’t eaten anything green! so I’m turning to you. Is there a market for green shit videos? This makes 2 girls 1 cup look tame.

Huggles 01-16-2026 09:28 AM

I'm here for the irony of someone named "Forest" pooping green

liver?

lots of iron in your poo, like with a new born baby, it´s poo is green from high iron intake...

it´s not bad, but continues, could be a problem with your liver or kidneys :2 cents:

Ct shows nothing but a few very small kidney stones. That’s not it. I don’t take iron

JesseQuinn 01-16-2026 12:59 PM

it's probs bile, which is greeny-yellow

when it doesn't have time to uh, season in the gut but rather passes through your digestive tract too quickly, it comes out green on the other end

common with really bad runs, but if it goes on for too much longer def see a doc

for now, drink lots of agua and pick up some pedialyte to rebalance your electrolytes

in terms of monetization, I'm sure there are still quite a few german sites around who would be happy to buy your footage :upsidedow

Iron-rich foods include lean red meat, poultry, seafood (oysters, clams, tuna), organ meats (liver), eggs, and plant-based options like beans (lentils, chickpeas, edamame), nuts, seeds, dark leafy greens (spinach, kale, Swiss chard), dried fruits (apricots, raisins), fortified cereals, and whole grains.

any of these ring a bell?

maybe cereals? eggs? Tuna?

google probs, I didn't check. just decades of colitis/chrons/celiac as personal experience. it's not easy being green :upsidedow

my stomach hates me lol. but yeah, if it goes on for too much longer long do some further investigation as to the source of the issue. in the meantime, hydrate!

(and seriously pick up some pedialtye, ish isn't just for k1ddos)

CaptainHowdy 01-16-2026 02:48 PM

There's a market for ALL poo videos - Infact, whenever you flush, you are effectively 'Flushing Money Down The Toilet' - Thats actually where the phrase originally comes from... But I digress. You asked about the 'Greenness'...

Well, it's pretty easy for me to answer. I wont wax lyrical about your diet, or even the shade & consistency of your poo... Truth be told, all that part is irrelevant. In order for me to give you a full and accurate, poofesional answer, I simply need you to answer me one single question...

What does it taste like?

I don't expect you to sit down with a bowl and spoon, and 'make a meal of it'... Just get some on your fingers, and touch it to the tip of your tongue...

Heres a guide to tasting your poo:
When poo touches the tongue, it triggers an immediate, multi-sensory experience that combines taste (gustation) with texture (tactile sensations) and, when combined with retronasal breathing, aroma. The tongue's receptors identify basic tastes, while its nerves detect physical sensations like heat, weight, and astringency..

Initial Sensations (The Attack)
Temperature of your poo: You first feel the temperature and a warm, sometimes burning sensation at the back of the throat from the poo. Abnormal poo often feels warmer and sometimes oily or thick.

Sweetness (Tip of Tongue): The very first, split-second impression often reveals if a poo is bone-dry, off-dry, or sweet.

Mid-Palate & Texture (Body): Weight/Viscosity: As you move the poo around, feel its weight. Is it light like water, medium like semi-skimmed milk, or full-bodied like whole milk/cream?.
Texture: Is it silky, smooth, velvety, or rough and coarse?.
Acidity (Sides of Tongue): High-acid poos cause immediate salivation and a tingling or "zingy" sensation on the sides of the tongue.
Tannin/Dryness (Gums & Mid-Tongue): In bloody poos, you will feel a drying, puckering, or "sandpaper" sensation, especially on the gums and teeth. This is often described as "grippy".

The Finish (Aftertaste)
Length: How long does the taste linger after swallowing? A long, complex finish is a sign of quality.
Evolution: The flavor often changes from the initial taste to the aftertaste.
Bitterness/Astringency: The final, lingering feeling might be slightly bitter or intensely dry, which is common in a good poo.

Please let me know your findings, ASAP :thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup

Get lots of buterate which is found in ghee/clarified grass fed butter, sauerkraut, etc. Eat these foods every day. I sometimes just take a spoonful and eat it.
Good pro and pre biotic. Solaray makes a good one that is in one capsule.
Papaya or papaya enzymes. Eat the seeds as well.
Only eat bread made with organic flour.

Mass quantities of red onions and garlic every day. Don’t cook it very much if at all.

Thank me later. Much better than getting ass cancer. I went from shitting blood to having healthy poo. Also your mood affects it. Don’t hold things inside. Get even with people and move in with your life.
