Gas vs charcoal grills

Ok which do you prefer a gas grill or charcoal grill?

Each has its merits. I am happy with either.

I love the taste of food on a charcoal grill.. but for convenience and cleanup.. you can't beat a gas. I have a built in grill/outdoor kitchen. I love it and woudln't trade it for anything.

Not even a free listing on The Hun? It would have to be outside the top 15 though - the hun gets revenue from pre-paid gallery placements on the top 15 spaces and banners. the rest of thegalleries are free placements.

I prefer charcoal for the flavor however I have one of each. Use the gas during the week when I am in a hurry and the charcoal on the weekends when I can sip liquor while waiting on the coals to get just right.

I think charcoal blows gas grills away myself. Worth any extra wait IMHO.

I have a charcoal bbq that takes about 2 hours to get going. I'd kill a man for a gas one.

Sadly, the website on how to light a charcoal BBQ in 3 seconds by dumping several gallons of liquid oxygen on it no longer exists :(
