Is it poosible to login to Paxum, without downloading the app?

I only want to log in to close my account - Would rather not have to download an app and set an app up, just to have to delete the app?

I wont be using paxum again - (No problems with it - It served its purpose) - but I simply have no need for the account as I dont intend to ever receive any payments to it...

So, why do I need to delete it? Cause I'm getting an email each day asking me to send documents to them to reverify myself - All sent from 'No Reply' emails...

I'm sorry to see you go! I’ve had the chance to work with you directly a few times over the years, so I do appreciate you saying Paxum served its purpose for you. :thumbsup

I also want to sincerely apologize for the repeated verification emails. From what I understand, our tech team was working on this last week, and those daily reminders should be significantly reduced going forward.

To answer your main question though: yes, logging into the account does currently require the app as part of our security setup. That said, if your goal is simply to close the account, you can contact our support team directly at [email protected], explain the situation, and they’ll guide you through the closure process. Because we’re a regulated financial institution, we may need to confirm your identity as part of closing the account, but the team will make that as straightforward as possible.

For what it’s worth, there’s no penalty for keeping the account open if it has a zero balance, in case you ever need it again in the future. We don’t charge fees unless an account is dormant with funds remaining. But the choice is entirely yours.

Thanks again for having used Paxum, and I wish you all the best going forward! :thumbsup

Ruth, if you read this again, something to note...

I like Paxum and use it for 3 different businesses. It's a good service and provides great utility for my business and my clients.

The app requirement is a really big accessibility issue and something that I hope Paxum reconsiders in the future. Please pass that on.
