Elle Stanger is Co-President and sits on the board of the Oregon Safer Workers Coalition.

She is an AASECT-certified sexuality educator, a writer, a podcaster, and a professional in the adult industry. Her podcast, They Talk Sex, can be heard at theytalksex.com.

Elle’s advocacy centers on advancing the needs of consensual sex workers and survivors of exploitation, with a focus on Oregon while also contributing to international conversations.

She is queer, polyamorous, and a parent, navigating life with autism, ADHD, and CPTSD.

Her philosophy emphasizes trauma-informed practice and grief literacy, with a dedication to continuous personal growth.

In her role as educator and event organizer, she collaborates with mental health workers, therapists, EMTs, and harm reduction specialists.

The Oregon Safer Workers Coalition (OSWC) aims to address health and economic inequities for sex workers and survivors in Oregon, with a focus on marginalized groups through education, research, advocacy, and harm reduction.

Their work challenges whorephobia, sex-negative narratives, and victim blaming. Elle also facilitates regular coalition meetings for individuals in the sex trade.

She is currently working on developing an STI/HIV curriculum.
