Our constantly expanding Gay revshare program BOYBUCK$ requires additional hosting requirements -

We wish to host these sites in a virtual arrangement under the same IP
Our server requirements are very basic:
1. Email (1 catchall "Postmaster" for each domain)
2. PHP
3. Ability to add sub-domains to each site

I would need to be able to expand bandwidth requirements as and when required (i.e. upgrade plans as we go), and would suggest that 5Gb data transfer for the first month would be adequate.

Please advise the following:
1. Set up costs
2. Monthly hosting cost (including 5Gb data transfer)
3. Monthly data transfer overage charges (per Gb)
4. Ability, conditions and costs of data transfer upgrades (per 5Gb increments)
5. Lead time for site setup, and what you need from us to get rolling
