Woohoo Got My First fulltime employee
 

Wow this is going to be great. I got my first fulltime employee. I hired a webmaster to help me out. He starts on Weds. and is going to work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day.

This is going to be great. I've got a to do list so long. Maybe I'll finally see the end of it. Now I just have to spend the next days organizing so that I know what I want him to do in what order.

It all depends on the exchange rate. Right now Canadian webmasters are more expensive, but hey if you want cheaper you can always hire a russian

Yup letting other people do the work for you is pretty much the way to go.

Yes, as a Canadian being paid in Ameican dollars I wish that exchange rate would stop moving!

Getting someone to help me out will definitely make me more productive. It seems like I work for hours and dont seem to get anything accomplished. Just alot of work to be done and not enough time to do it!
