bluedesignstudios does fantastic work. Look at their portfolio.
They can do just about anything your brain can come up with and they do it promptly. I believe they have a staff of about 5.

We're on 20 staff now, I think that would make us one of the largest (if not the largest) adult design firm.
We can handle huge projects, and can get work done very fast with that many designers :)
