I asked them when the CMI will be available again..

the lady said she wasn't given a timeframe and suggested possibly "later today" or "tomorrow morning" so it looks like it could still be sometime before it becomes available

Lets hope its sooner rather than later, the replicator doesn't seem to have worked for several days, with different stats being pulled up depending upon which report you choose :(

I think its the whole 750.00 thing. (could be wrong. after they fucked me, I haven't really paid attention to them)

Our CMI system is still down. Maintenance is continuing, as it has been throughout the night. We're hopeful the system will be up late this evening or early tomorrow. Please keep in mind this issue does not effect transaction processing.

We're quite aware that its frustrating to not have access to your reporting tools and we apologize for the resulting inconvenience. It is our goal to not only fix the problems as soon as possible, but to also ensure the the network is restored to its full functionality before its back online.

The complete lack of interest and response to this thread is an indication of how many sites are still using Ibill. Had this happened to one of the more professional sites like Epoch or CCbill the thread would be 12 pages long by now.

Regarding the $750, I paid it and I am pleased I did. I see ACPay are introducing this in June and at least I will get a reduced rate as I am registered through iBill.

Generally speaking I think iBill are as secure as any of the processors, after all they are the only Publically listed one. Perhaps its a case of spreading the risk.

ibill CMI is very user friendly, I really like it. Sad it's temporary down though... but I'm sure it will have been fixed within 24 hous :p

I can see my stats through my cascading billing system, they are going through fine sales are steady also, so far so good.
