Online Marketing Executive for softcore paysites
 

We are looking for an Online Marketing Executive to join us, working remotely from either the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand (other locations may be considered).

OT Publishing Ltd is a leading online adult entertainment company at the softcore end of the adult market. We have a family of sites featuring different niches from lingerie to sportswear and stockings to costumes. We are a small but growing team currently of 11 people and our family of sites are well established, with over 24 years of content to draw upon.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an experienced online marketing executive, who has the ability to promote our family of sites, increase traffic and sales across a range of different digital channels.

You will need to be able to work independently, be organised and self-motivated and have the ability to communicate with the rest of the team clearly and efficiently.

Previous experience of working in online marketing, specifically promoting subscription-based services is essential and experience within the adult entertainment sector would be highly advantageous but is not essential.

You will be:

• Able to demonstrate experience with promotions on social media, particularly X and Instagram and TikTok.
• Show you have experience and an understanding of affiliate marketing and managing relationships with affiliates to maximise revenue from the affiliate channel.
• Have the ability to create and manage partnerships with potential traffic sources.
• Explore and expand revenue opportunities on third party platforms such as Clips4Sales, ManyVids, etc.
• Be a creative thinker and able to execute marketing ideas and promotions.
• Have a good understanding of SEO and the ability to write SEO friendly content.
• Be able to create reports from data and make suggestions and decisions based on that data.
• Willingness to travel to conferences and meetups to expand your network of contacts within the industry to help promote the business.
• An excellent communicator, flexible, tenacious, have a positive attitude and a passion for the work you do.
