If anyone could ever design one for windows, I'd be a happy camper. They'd prolly be rich, too. |
jesus, you're all a bunch of unorganized fucks, huh?
|
I relax a lot sitting in the sun and stuff just to relax.. and play small games...
and when i`m getting so crazy.. i check my stats :winkwink: |
I tell the housekeeper, under penalty of death, "Don't touch my fucking desk...whatever you do, don't straighten my shit out!" That keeps my paperwork where I know I can find it.
As for online shit...I have trouble finding my friggin cursor sometimes, for fuck's sake! :helpme |
Here's something I learnt a long time ago.
Have a "To Do List" Prioritize the jobs 1 to 10 As you do them tick them off. The higher they are on the list the more important. Refresh the list every night. It tends to get things done. |
This night I had a dream where some bastards fucked my office, opened all the CPUs and stole all our backup and software CDs. Holy shit, thats a damn bad dream. I was almost screaming!
|
I organize.

Different computers for different things. Programming and stats to the right (2 screens, 1 system) page integration, to do, and communication on the left. (2 screens for communication 1 for page integration, 1 system.)
Works very well. Also, I have blue sticky notes all over my moniters saying things like "HEY SLUT -- go pick up your car from the dealership." To get other people to do things, I have girls leave sexy xxx messages on their cell phones. Works wonders. |
I love paperwork. I lost ALOT a few years back by being not organised and keeping everything on disk... Bye bye to that. I print every important mail/receipt and file it properly.

I have a guy in the phillipines that keeps me organized.

Everything must have a place, and everything must be returned to that place after using it or you're done with it. Even if you are disorganized, you can still be organized with this alone. Just remember where you put each thing being handled.
Throw out what you don't need anymore. Accumulation is the mother of all disorganization. Everything in paper form needs a consistent sorting process to enter into and exit from. Filter in 3 main priority stages if you get overloaded. Immediate attention, high priority, low priority. Make sure you have sufficient shelves, file cabinents, etc. You can't be organized if you don't have the infrastructure setup to process and store things. Time organization management. Allocate your time in sync with the priorities of each thing you handle. Don't waste time on bullshit and you won't keep creating more bullshit pileups for yourself. |
im just smart
