Loooooong shot.. Looking for a System Admin & Devs
 

Long shot post but we're looking for another sys admin, more developers and just fucking sick to death of AI generated job resumes and useless recruitment sites.

If you have another part or full time gig that's fine, part time works.

We're in the adult industry, have several entertainment sites going back to the late 90's.

We offer a pretty chill and laid back working environment, IRC style diverse mix of some old school long beards and early Gen Z's.

You'll work with incredibly smart people, learn a lot, likely enjoy what you do and get out of the "working for the man" environment.

Sys Admin:

5+ years experience
ansible
git
proxmox
mysql database administration
iptables/nftables
dns
wireguard
software raid
zfs
debugging with strace
shell scripts
python or another scripting language
posix extended ACLs
borgbackup
restic
strong knowledge of system internals down to the syscall level
experience in high scalability environments (5k+ reqs/second)
prometheus
grafana and other monitoring systems.

Devs:

At least 2 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
Proficiency in Vue.js, React, or Nuxt.js for frontend development.
Strong skills in Node.js for backend development.
Experience with MySQL, Redis, or Valkey for database management.
Knowledge of Ansible for automation.
Familiarity with basic Linux commands for server tasks.
Competence in Git for version control.
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
Experience with WebRTC for video or voice applications is a plus.
