Yoursafe - experience. What's wrong with them?
 

Anyone here using Yoursafe services?

I've recently tried their service. Seemed legit and fine, they were very detailed in their responses, and the reactions were pretty fast.

The first incoming transfer I had on their account was refused. I've just got one strange email asking me about the purpose of the transfer (wtf?), and then it was returned to sender WITHOUT any kind of explanation.

I have been trying to reach them for over 10 days, sending multiple emails and using their phone number. No one is answering, and I've left a message to be contacted.

All this seems strange and unprofessional, so I've sent a message from another email account, and they responded immediately, which means they are reading communication, of course.

Until now, I was sure that Dutch companies are some of the most professional, but this is a total shame (not to mention the practical problems they created for me). I am using their parameters to get funds from some sponsors.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

we have an account with them, we signed up, no monthly fees & have had the account a few years now...

We´ve never used the account or the site, it just sits there. However, from what I hear from yourself, glad to have not used them :2 cents:

I've been using them to get affiliate payments from some programs, no issues with incoming / outgoing transfers so far.

No problems here, very fast and card works fine
