I figured if you pushed it in far enough it would be close enough to the sac to get a decent reading.

one of my ex's used to hate it when i used "sack" in normal conversation. she thought it was all nasty and perverted, i.e. "hand me that sack of potatoes" or "would you like your groceries in a sack". what's wrong with that? she'd always correct me and say "bag".

But potatos do come in sacks and not bags.
