A very bad day
 

As some of you may know from a previous post my youngest brother was hit by a car last Thursday. He had surgery on his knee Saturday and was released from the Hospital a couple of days later. He last saw the surgeon this past Tuesday and the Surgeon told him to stay on his back with the leg elevated at least until he saw him again this coming Tuesday. He was in alot of pain and was taking a heavy dosage of Vikiden.

Before he and his live in girlfriend broke up she gave birth to a girl. The little girl is now two and a half years old. After the breakup the girlfriend decided that she wanted to leave the state with the little girl. My brother dotes on the little girl and loved her as any father would love his daughter...that is were the problem began.

His girlfriend told him that she was not his daughter. He did not believe her and a custody battle began as he did not want her to leave the state with his daughter. Because his girlfriend told the court that the little girl was not his daughter the court ordered DNA testing.

He apparently got the results of the testing today and she is in fact not his daughter. He called me and called his brother at work. He was devasted. It was clear that he had been drinking and I told him that he cannot be mixing alcohol and Vikiden. He said that he didn't give a fuck and told me that he had called a friend and the friend was going to take him to his ex-girlfriends house and he was going to kill her. He would not listen to me and hung up.

I do not know where he is...or what he is doing...and I do not know how to contact his girlfiiend...but I am less concerned about him killing his girlfiend (I do not think he will) than I am of him drinking and taking Vikiden and/or fucking up the surgery that he had.

This fucking bitch tells him this is his daughter for more than two years...he has been paying child support ever since they broke up...he just worships the little girl and now this.

Life is a bitch at times.

If the third guy is as much your brother as his, then why not say "our brother" or "my brother"? Sounds like the kind of thing a father pretending to be his own son, and the subjects brother, might slip up and say.

The immediate thing I hope you did was to call the police in the city that your brother resides and give them all the information you can.

At least that may save your brother's life, but also could save many others!

As for posting personal stuff..shit folks..I've read MUCH worse than even THIS on this site and ya'll know that's true!

Hope a peaceful and non-eventfull conclusion is in store for this situation.

Reading stories like this makes me glad that my life is very normal. I couldn't stand having that kind of Jerry Springer drama in my life.

Hey, theking, that sucks, but your brother will be okay. If you don't think he will really kill her (no matter how much she needs killin') then you don't need to worry about legal stuff and, worst case, he can always get the knee surgery redone. He may just need to blow off steam and, if the cost of keeping his mental health, is hurting his knee again, that is probably worth it in the long run. Hang in there.

I know. That is why I can't work with him, even though his posts are entertaining. If a guy lives in my hood and frequents some of the places I might and and is into some of the same music I am and knows people I know and probably shops in the same supermarket I do when I don't order out and doesn't want to cop to who he is, it makes me uncomfortable. On a serious note, I'm proud of who I am and what I do and I genuinely believe folks who are not should find another line of work. It is an ethics issue to me. Hope this does not offend, but it really is how I feel.
