Apparently, I am allergic to mosquito bites. Already knew that, but last year it wasn't really that bad - just swellings slightly larger than a normal person would get. My first mosquito bite this year has so far produced a swelling the size of an egg, and it's still growing. If this gets any worse, I'm screwed - ever tried not getting bitten? It's impossible.

The cause is rather sexy, actually. Spent a long summer night in a small lake with my girlfriend, having some of the best and most romantic sex ever. Unfortunately, I got bitten by mosquitos for a total of 43 times, after which I became allergic to mosquito bites.

wasn't there some new illness that they carry now? Back after Sept. 11 there was a big scare that those little things were carring some strange new illness...

Got allergic to it before that, and I already got checked. Doctor said he couldn't do anything.
