Xvideos post on age verification one pornbiz

It's a long read but very informative about their opinion and the upcoming enforcement.

Happy 4th of July celebrating our independence from England.
So when do we get our independence from Israel? :1orglaugh

This will completely distorts competition, as our visitors will switch to various other sites and services that did nothing to earn them. Preserving fair competition is one of the obligations of most states — but they simply don’t give a fuck about it. Right now, there are almost 3,000 (not an exaggeration) clones of our sites — not owned by us, but designed to look like our platforms, sometimes with a different makeover — stealing our content, and soon to be massively rewarded.
That's ironic reading that from a site that stole from everyone for years.

I had to send them 1000s of DMCAs on my own content that THEY were stealing. How much did I get from those? 0$.

These clones of their sites exist because they allow embeds and they don't secure their own videos from getting downloaded. These embeds probably don't respect the new laws.

Why did you not call fatoo "AI" back in the day, when it clearly was.

Oh wait; it wasn't a buzzword then with a load of fanatics.

Long, but pretty good article, with zillion comments, and some of them are valuable too.
Scary times.
One of the reasons I will attend the TES Prague in September is to figure out how to continue in an optimal way because all this AV shitshorm.

This. Even wonder if small paysites and creators would benefit from the change as the biggest impact it will have on the tubes, no anonymious wanking anymore. lol

For years, you've been saying that free tube sites are ruining the business. In Germany, access to hardcore content has been banned for a long time. Maybe we should go back to sites like Persian Kitty, and the era of free softcore sites will return?

I think this is a chance to revive the entire industry. Blocking hardcore content is a very good move. The industry will ultimately earn more.

They said "adult" websites not hardcore

mainstreammix 07-15-2025 02:07 AM

Agree with most of this. As an aside, I do find it sad that after all these years we still get this from site operators.

eople will massively move to VPNs (some of them are permanently free but with with slower speeds). You'd think it would absorb some of the losses, but VPNs nowadays integrate ad-blocking features, effectively ripping off content creators and us. Concretely, VPNs are pushing us even further in the negative.
This has always annoyed me because it is a solved problem. Ad blockers almost never affect integrated, well thought out linking to other sites. It's only the lazy "publish free video, slap banner ad by it, sell banner ads for exorbitant amounts" that have issues.

It converts better, it doesn't annoy users and it works. So weird for a very tech advanced platform to continue with the worst possible method of monetization.
