Hate it when sponsors don't reply.. They don't seem like a program that fucks affiliates though so maby you should try again, your mail might have been lost, or try hitting them on icq.

Just started using them myself, but my gf has used them for awhile and when she had questions they replyed right away and worked very quickly with whatever problem she had, that's actualy why i just started using them myself :)
