Mike Tyson: "Now I really do want to rape her"
 

In a Fox News interview to be broadcast on Thursday, Tyson, 36, calls former beauty queen Desiree Washington "a lying, monstrous young lady" and says, "I just hate her guts."

"She put me in that state where now I really do want to rape her," Tyson said

No. If that were true, being convicted of a crime would be nothing more than a license to commit it again without fear of prosecution as soon as you finished your first sentence.

Unless the victim admits she was lying, its not gonna happen, but if it did, there would be no difference.

He might be able to collect some sort of restitution for false conviction and imprisonment, and he'd definitely win a civil judgement from his accuser for suffering as a result of her perjury. She'd also be tried for perjury in a criminal court.

OJ has been found innocent in the murder of his ex and her friend.

He cannot be tried again for that crime.

However he can be tried again for murdering another individual.

You can't be tried for commiting the same crime twice. If I robbed a bank on 5/28/03 and was aquitted, I can't be tried for the same crime again. However if I rob another bank on 6/28/03, I can be charged and convicted for that.

Its not that you can't be tried twice for the same crime, its that you can't be tried twice for the same instance of the same crime.

Double jeapordy doesn't apply to civil & criminal courts either.. ala the OJ case. You can be aquitted of something in criminal court, then tried again in civil court (where the standard of evidence is much lower) for violating the civil rights of the victim during the crime you were aquitted of in criminal court.

i saw part of that interview and he actually said he wanted to rape her and her mamma!!

Mike is a good guy. He's like he is cause of judgemental punks.

I like Mike, He'll do a foreman and be back on top. Rahman knocked lewis cold, tyson can for sure.

I just don't think Tyson can do a complete foreman and be
a commentator.
