CCBill Sytem 5 question
 

I want to see what's faster. Calling customer support or get an answer here.

I am not finding where I can manual add members in the System 5 admin. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Go to transactions, then the members tab, then under the left column is manual add..

Not at my System 5. No manual add if I follow the way you described

Edit... It's "Reports" --> "Members" --> "Active Members" --> "Manual Add"

Got it. GFY was faster indeed.

The solution was Transaction - Members - Active Members .

then it's found in the left column. Nicly hidden though.

Is it me, or does adding a login seem more like a "tool" than a "transaction"?

Hmmm... yeah.. System 5... I wish they wouldn't have done that.

That's where I tried to look it up before I posted. GFY did beat me finding the URL and searching for manual add but yes it had the info I needed.
