Scout Network Manager - xHamster & FapHouse
 

We are looking for a Scout Network Manager to join our team and work on the xHamster and FapHouse projects.

As a Scout Network Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting creators and studios to our platforms through scouts in different regions.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective funnel for attracting new creators.
- Actively search for potential creators and scouts through various channels, including social media, similar platforms, and online communities.
- Engage with creators to understand their needs, showcase the platform's benefits, and build strong, long-lasting relationships.

What We Expect From You:
- Experience in recruiting scouts from different regions.
- Proven success in sourcing and attracting creators.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
