    It has already begun... farewell, adult industry
    many sites use FHG to grab content and host it on their own site... whether it's photos or videos.

    Due to age verification laws and compliance requirements, we will be removing free hosted galleries on February 3rd, 2025. These will be redirected to newsensations.com.

      There really isn't any option for them. It sucks but there is no way to get around these new laws.

                      I think ultimately this is the way things are going, at least in the short-term. We were told that these laws would be hitting hard in 2025, and they definitely are.

                      I'm currently integrating AVS into a variety of client sites, and into my own product, LoginBlue.

                      The thing people need to look out for, is whether they can trust the third-party AVS they choose. So far, I've had some very interesting conversations with a variety of potential partners, and some of those conversations definitely suggest that depending on who you choose, the legal risk isn't entirely mitigated.

                                                                                          I guess it might not be too long before sponsors are telling affiliates they can only promote them with SFW material, unless the affiliate has their own age verification in place.

                                                                                          I was reading the other day that Google are testing their own facial recognition system for age verification. I wonder if that might be a solution - you could just log in to adult sites with your Google account, just as you can with many mainstream sites now, and it does the verification for you? However, perhaps the - wording of many of these adult verification laws already precludes it.

                                                                                              1) https://agechecker.net doesn't seem to work with industry companies like Netbilling or CCBill etc.

Make all FHGs pg13 and you might see people joining if they have to join to see the goods. But then again with all the tube content out there, it's still hard to get people ever to pay again.

                                                                                                              When I started in the industry in 2001 I ran free non nude TGPs and promoted NN and softcore websites. I made a killing promoting sites like Lightspeed girls with only non nude photos. I wish we could go back to pre 2006 when tubes took over.
