Seriously, I have had a lot of people contact me ICQ. This is not a part/full time job offer. I need webmasters to make AVS sites and i´m looking for newbies because I think the AVS model is the best in this industry for them.

They can get started with a manageable amount of content, and still promise the surfer more content than he would ever see in a lifetime.
The conversion is great and so is rentention. So I´m looking for newbies (or seasoned webmasters) to make AVS sites, that´s it...

So your basically looking for new people to use for your own financial gain, and since they are newbies you can make them all types of big money promises to make them work hard.

Yes, I´m looking for new or semi-new webmasters because I think I can help them get started. There are many ways a newbie can start - free sites, TGP submission, making his own TGP or CJ or start a paysites but in my opinion AVS sites are the way for a new webmaster to start.

1) He only needs a manageable amount content.
2) He can (rightfully) promise the surfer a lot more content.
3) It´s doesn´t kill him with large BW bills.
4) It´s doesn´t require any particular programming skills.
5) Conversion is good.
6) Retention is good.

These things are also true for more seasoned webmasters but I asked for newbies because I want to form a relationship with the webmasters who use my system and I believe that if I help him get started with the first few bucks and treats him right, I´ll have a loyal webmaster for a long time, which is just plain good business.

One more thing, believe it or not, I actually like to help other webmasters. Granted, it´s more of a business strategy than out of the goodness of my heart.

You wrote "No insult intended" .. Non taken.. but my system uses CCbill and/or Ibill and i´m NOT looking for newbies to "shave" them. I´m looking to form some relationships with new webmasters. In fact I use a combination of both cookies and "dragging" variables around in the URL to make sure that NO affialiate traffic is lost..

YES, I´m looking for affiliates to help my own financial gain, just like anyone with a paysite, AVS or TGP. I´m such a horrible person because I want people to be affiliates in my AVS :321GFY
