I wanted to announce my program and thought it would be cool to thank the many people who have mentored and inspired me to create this project. I have met most of these people in person, and for those I haven't, I hope to some day soon. Even if I have met you only once and for a brief moment, something about you stuck with me that I have carried with me to this very day. I am amazed at what the people below have accomplished and so I'd like to take this time to give them the props they deserve.

I guess my family comes first, so I'd like to thank my uncle over at cashpartner.com. He's an awesome business man and is the SE master (yes, yes, I'm related to the guy that you all hate because of high bids at sex.com and google, lol).

Morgan @ swallowitall.com. Been best buds since 9th grade. I may have taught him how to use computers, be he taught me how to make money with them. ;-) Thanks Ganjasaurus!

Rob @ exploitedteens.com. One of those "walk softly but cary a big dick, uh, I mean stick," lol. One of the best amateur designers...his stuff may not look pretty but converts like a motherfucker. One of those dudes you just love to hate cause he's just killin' it in this business.

Alex @ jasonandalex.com. Probably a pioneer in the business and responsible for the way most of us do things around here (and responsible for being here in the first place). Also a super-nice guy.

While I'm on JnA, I have to mention Magnatique. Phil (cool name!) is an all around great guy and an awesome Webmaster. Come work for me your bastard! ;-)

Seth @ SoulCash. I met Seth once at an Adult.com party years ago and remember him being the sweetest guy ever. Years later his program kicks ass and I wish him the best of luck.

Ernesto @ nastydollars.com We have never met, only communicated by e-mail a few times. But I admire the type of sites you run. Along with oxcash.com was one of the first to realize that combining sex and entertainment was a sure-seller. None of us will ever forget Mikes Apartment and the Milf Hunter.

Quiet @ ultrawiredsex.com. Talk about a formula: Consistent paid listings + own paysite = one profitable dude. Super humble despite his success.

[Labret] Probably the best -- and darkest -- sense of humor on this board. You should be honored when Labret cuts you down in a post. How he manages to be so punk rock and run gay sites at the same time is truly astonishing.

And finally to the big boys; Mark DeForest @ ARS, and Lensman @ Adult.com. One can only dream of some day achieving the success you have both enjoyed. There are obviously other big players, but these two have managed to be as humble as possible about it. Ok, ok, so you bought 15 cars each...who woudln't!? ;-)

I of course have to pay homage to Boneprone and the BP4L family, who have taught me that having a multiple-personality disorder can be a good thing in this business. ;-) Bone knows about many of our secret identities and manages to -- either because he wants to or because he has to -- keep them secret. Family and connections in this business are key and they have proven that time and time again.

Last but not least: I know a lot of you can't stomach the gay niche. But you have to ask yourself, are you in this to look at hot chicks all day or are you here to make money? As time goes on, sadly it's harder to achieve both. Gay surfers convert better and retain longer. They use a heck of a lot less bandwidth on your galleries and they represent a better value in terms of content and bandwidth purchasing. I promoted amateur/teen/babe, etc.. for many years and I gotta tell you, there is no comparison to how much better the Gay niche does. Imagine submitting to half of the TGP's, using up half your normal bandwidth, and making twice as many sales.

Hey Jim,

We do not and probably never will for two reasons:

1) Webmasters tend to make more money in the long-term when they go recurring. Those of us that still get checks months, if not years, after we've stopped promoting a program can attest to that. The math is pretty simple: on average a surfer is worth double or triple a normal per signup payout (assuming $30 - $40 per signup payout). Heck, I've seen members stay a year which makes the signup worth 10 times a flat-rate payout. You worked hard to get that signup, might as well get the money that surfer spends.

2) I know I'm going to get shit for this, but this next fact only became clear to me after owning a paysite. Basically, if I had to pay a flat $35 or whatever for each signup, I would be bankrupt in 3 seconds. I'm not implying that everybody's shady, but let's just say I wanted to keep things honest with my Webmasters. Every signup you get is your's.
