The cheapest that I've found that is reputable, is Namecheap.com

You can't beat $8.88 with incredible support and a GREAT control panel (best control panel of all registrars).

yeah - i have a bunch of domains with namecheap as well.
Best thing about them is that you can pay with paypal...

Other than namecheap i use godaddy - their admin rocks!
