For example, when I do AVS sites I have a menu page. Along with my gallery links I have 'Penis Pills', 'Breast Pills' and even 'Sex Toys' (different to your question but same method) . That way, it really doesn't take away from your sponsors that were going to buy porn but gives something new to those that weren't going to bite on the porn ads in the first place.
