I will upload your videos to tube sites with unique titles, tags and description.

I have pretty good and stable internet connection, I can work couple of hours per day, including weekends if needed.

My rate is 3 dollars per hour.

per hour does not tell me much.

How many hours in a month to upload 100 x 5 min videos, to about 6 tubes?

I can upload your tube videos. 5 videos per day per tube site. So, you have 100 videos total, so it'll take me around 20 days. If your tube site allows more than 5 submissions per day, then I can do that too. I will not charge hourly but per video upload.
