I've been with bluegravity for the past year and its top notch but I'm not liking their pricing... a dedicated box is about 3 times what candid is charging.

Thus why I didn't go there. I think they have new people representing them on GFY. I haven't had a complaint about their service though.

uptime is excellent. support could be better, but its good enough because there isn't many problems.

Setup a bit slow, uptime excellent, email supprt around 24 - 48 hours, phone/ICQ support immediate.

They are good where it counts imo.. uptime & emergency support.

I see... Blue gravity has slow support but zero problems in 12 months time. But I still am looking to cut unnecessary costs.

I'm suprised there aren't more Candid haters kicking around.

I considered going with them a while back when datahosters went up in smoke, but one thing I didn't like was the demand of getting two months payment up front. I went with Sinhost and have been quite happy.

I have to say , their prices are quite good, and it seem most people using them are reasonably happy.....so good luck.

Yeah I currently have a great deal with national-net and have zero complaints. But for $110 for a dediicated even if you configured it you can still through up a couple of paysites for a good price.
