For the past 12 weeks I've been forced to take a Spanish elective class... of course I haven't been paying much attention. Now I need to write a short 100 word piece about my family, myself, my favourite snacks, etc.

*= there's no translation for 'snack' we use it like that, but maybe your teacher is not familiar with slang or modern terms so you can replace that paragraph with:
"Mis comidas favoritas incluyen la pizza, el chocolate y las papas fritas."

Well there are a few mistakes in this text.
It is Las vacaciones, not los vacaciones, It's no tengo hermanos, not ningunos hermanos and some more.

Actually there is a translation for "snack" it is "botana". A "botana" its a non formal meal.

I would use this instead of the text u have:
