Ok try to picture this, it will be confusing.

My regional manager comes to me to tell me im up for a promotion to a higher position. Says not to tell my branch manager until it is all final.

The process has me meet with maybe 5 people that i need their "blessing" to get the position. So i do it and meet them all within 3 days or so.

One of them didnt aprove and i didnt get it, fine no biggie right?

Well my regional manager decides to run to my branch manager and explain the last week of events and all about my interviews and what not!!

For the last week i have been lying to my branch manager about where i have been (as instructed by my regional manager) and he was beleiving me .... now he knows it was all bullshit.

When i asked my regional manager what will happen when my branch manaer finds out, he said "dont worry, i sign his pay check" <--- beleive this shit?!?

Now my branch manager is fucking pissed that i went behind his back, and that i lied about where i was all week. Even if i tell him i was told to lie, he still wont ever trust me again ...

I am betting its a matter of time before he "finds" something that gets me fired.

Cant beleive this regional manager fucked me like that!!!!

Thats what happens when you follow, make some bling on the net and be a leader :-)

Richie ok i got the call, unfortunately one person didnt bless you so you dont get the position. I just got off the phone with greg (branch manager) and he is fucking pissed!"



why the FUCK would he go and tell him after he specifically told me NOT to tell him?!?

he told me to lie about my work schedule so i can go interview with these time-wasting fucktards, and now this manager will never trust me again!!!!

Naturally i listened because he is the regional manager, and is 3 steps above my branch manager ... but why couldnt he somehow take the blame off of me since he was the one who instructed me?!

FUCK!!!

fuck now i dont wanna go to work tomorow

When this branch opened i had already been with the company, i personally helped build the office inside with the painting and carpeting and setting up the cubicals.

All the people in the office are new except me so basically i am a human fucking help desk all day long.

Because of that, this manager has pretty much let me do what i want, but now how can he possibly trust me??

How can he possibly trust im telling him the truth next time i say "im going to see a realtor"

Dude, there's tons of McDonalds, just ask for a cross town transfer to get away from your manager and go work fries at another location.
