Besides they ripped you off - a kidney on the market is actually worth more. So yes I would be very mad.

Depends on how I heal up. If I heal up nice, I wouldn't be mad. But I'm keeping the money and suing for more.

I've never understood why it is illegal to sell your own bodyparts in the USA, but it is totally the idea that it is appropriate for a family member to be pressured to give up a literal part of their body without the family being able to compensate them in any way. You can legally do more for someone who gives you a ride to the airport.

If he drops a note (along with the cash) with "Just Kidney!" it's all forgiven . . .
