Redirecting non-profitable traffic?
 

Are many sites or programs redirecting traffic away from countries that are unable to pay for subscriptions with credit cards? There is a huge growth in Internet use from these developing countries but are they worth the bandwidth? Is it worth just redirecting it all to a dialer program somewhere?
