Question about selling gallery templates
 

Let's say I have gallery templates that I haven't had the chance to try out myself. They're all based on graphics from paysites not owned by me. Can I sell those gallery templates without the paysite owners permission?

So can I make galleries based on someone elses work, and sell them without their permission?
Of course the galleries are made to make money for the paysite and the guy who submits.. but it's just something I've been pondering. Should I contact each paysite prior to making the templates and ask for permission?:helpme

Depends on if the graphics were directly copied, or reproduced, I think. I think the best thing is to hit up each paysite and notify / ask permission.

Yeah, that's what I thought too.

Nothing worse than "designers" who take a pretty tour, rip the graphics, and massacre them in some templates for resell.
