Anybody take Xenadrine EFX?
 

I started taking it for like 6 weeks now and i noticed that it gives me cramps and stomach pains sometimes and i feel like i gotta take dump all the time...anybody else experience this?

BTW the shit is working good, as far as body fat loss and so on

I was getting stomach cramps from it as well and then I just started drinking more water with it and it seems to be a little better than before. It does work really good and I've tried several different products. Good Luck with it! :)

Great results all around..... until you quit taking them, then watch what will happen to you.:feels-hot

My girlfriend takes them every now and then. She doesn't get stomach aches or cramps. She just gets all wired out.

Be careful JuicyLinks it works good, but you will be back to fat when you go off. Go natural.

I do one bottle on then take a week break then restart

i have used it before the regular ephedra one. I am using it to get more cut up. I have little fat onme but would like the extar boost for the six pac look

I tried it. It works, but there are some side effects that start popping up after using it for a while. Mostly headaches for me and I just got a bit of stomach discomfort occasionally.

The other posts are right. The minute you stop the weight comes back.

Its a tough call. You have to be extremely careful with all these non FDA approved supplements.

A friend of mine's father died from taking a phen phen product when that was popular.
