Is Porn slowing down?

Hi guys, just what you guys think of the overall direction for adult entertainment, is it slowing down?

Porn has never been more boring, it is no longer taboo.

What IS gaining speed is the number of incels and men that have to pay for female attention!

Notice that dating apps are really getting hammered in the stock market? Because dating apps kill serendipity and have taken the fun out of dating when you can swipe on women while taking a shit.

Probably why OnlyFans is so popular is because people are desperate for any connection at all.

We might as well sell beauty products for men or looks maxxing ebooks?

Nice!

Porn just seems so incredibly boring these days, at least back in the day it seemed like every few months some new hilarious gimmick site would come out that would be good for some gawking. These days... ehhhh... zzzz...

lakerslive 02-03-2024 12:27 PM

So slowing down or probably best to describe it, "getting boring"?

Younger bros who use Tinder and dating apps tell me that the worst part about modern dating is how many of the women they chat with on apps end up trying to upsell them to OF or get them as an IG follower, and then they realize their entire conversation has been about the upsell and not about potentially dating.

So, the goal is for these ONLYFAN girls to have their OWN website it feels like? with less fees?

This is just marketers using the apps as a traffic source, not actual online dating.

The only innovation in online porn in 20 years was getting White females to say the n-word.

That died the fuck out.

Why didn't it evolve to where Asian females would call the White guys Yankees?

It's definitely going through changes

I believe the time when ANY kind of video entertainment used HUMAN BEINGS and were pre-scripted only to be watched by an AUDIENCE is going to DISAPPEAR soon enough....

Instead, you-the viewer-will control what you EXPERIENCE thanks to REAL TIME AI CONTENT GENERATION and everything is INTERACTIVE

Plus, you get to make money off your EXPERIENTIAL INTERACTIVE CREATION thanks to P2P marketplaces powered by AI CRYPTO

If anyone needs more research ideas to flesh this out and partner to make this happen (my focus is mainstream), hit me up

Zuzana Designs 02-03-2024 08:49 PM

Porn is now interactive and in the hands of the models. It's sexting daily with your favorite model of your choice, with her asking how your day was when you get home, like she's your girlfriend or side chick. She sends you naughty pictures your wife won't, and you call/video chat her when you want to get off. Porn will always sell; you just have to find the audience

surprisingly a lot of them either can't think that far ahead, or they are thinking too far ahead and don't want a permanent archive on the web..

the only models looking for their own website are established and professional. that number is pretty small. a majority just want to "make a little money" and quit.

the paysite biz is still mostly producers.

simply because they don't know the word "yankee". Asian women (in Asia, not Southern Cali) are racist as fuck tho. they are even racist against other Asians. they'll call you any word you want :1orglaugh

yea there's something happening here.... small market tho. a majority of porn watchers aren't looking for engagement other than in their mind. the tubes are still the top traffic in the industry.

sex, sells.

Victor-E 02-04-2024 02:40 AM

Porn HAS gotten boring. Top sites like Brazzers make predictable polished corporate porn and the novelty of amateur porn has already worn out and got saturated.

A lot of OnlyFan accounts are run by "managers" who are really just paid uploaders and their hired chatters who pretend to be the girls talking to their fans but in reality they're some dude in India or Pakistan.

Virtual AI will also get old and boring eventually. But it will probably last for about a decade. It will probably get too taboo or extreme and governments will crack down and ban it.

Ultimately porn will have to be inventive with fresh new ideas and new approaches to remain viable. As long as there's a potential buyer, there will be something to sell.

Yes! Regular porn is slowing down. That's where websites like Sexxx.com come into play, with models chatting up the men, and taking their money in exchange for virtual sex favors. It's the future, so better get on the waggon now!

porn gets boring.. the brain can only be stimulated by the same video/model/scenario a few times. by now, most gfy members have seen a fuck ton of porn, so its all pretty boring..

keep being creative and producing.. and keep the big corporate FUCKS out of the industry! corporations kill creativity.

Years back the porn shown was taboo - now it' vanilla. Users seem to be watching so much of the same stuff that they are now demanding and pushing the line of even what we are comfortable with.

Niches and fetishes are stable and growing for clients and webmasters I know and although people may want to blame cams or OF - it's success is partially due to users wanting a fresh face - a new "high" to get off too. Tubes today are for the most part boring as content is shared - and updates seem to be a rehash of the same ideas.

VR has potential as I've always said - but right now it's still a niche due to either quality or the cost of the equipment.

Taboo in all it's forms along with kinks and not commonly thought of models appear to dominate the searches as shown below from PornHub. How many webmasters and content producers are keeping up with those queries instead sticking to the old style of shooting?

Yes I know what you mean and on a whole numbers will never be same as they were in 2007 or so. but my main platforms had best month since before covid. And believe or not my best selling content is what I shot 2002 - 2010. plus my foot fetish content

LeRoy 02-04-2024 09:58 AM

The "Content Creator" side of porn is booming. Tons a models doing their own thing.

Maybe like the old member sites where only the producer made money, and the model got minimal pay.

Now, the model can make money, and the producer gets minimal pay.

Porn is becoming a woman-dominated business, it seems. =) :winkwink:

yea and the producers paid all the costs.. the producer pays the models for a couple hours work (never minimum wage, usually minimum $1000 per shoot), buys camera equipment and computers, hires video editors, pays for marketing, website dev, servers, processing fees, affiliates (usually half for nearly nothing), taxes, etc etc..

many models opened their own sites and made money. we all know some big ones.. i have a lot of new female porncms clients too. most teams have males doing the tech, editing, and marketing work. so is it a female dominated industry?

i think we're all in this together.

Women have no limits on them anymore, they can do or become anything they want without any social penalties... so you're seeing women wise up to:

Hmmm, society thinks I need to pick one guy, get married, have kids, and be subservient to this man...

OR

I can get hot, post myself online, make myself available for chats, and have 10,000 boyfriends at $15 a month...

We're just at the natural progression to a matriarchy, as Universities and bureaucracies tend to be female dominated... Men are just naturally disposable and we make fun and laugh at any guy who speaks on "men's issues", haha, even writing that just seems funny because anytime a man talks about issues for men, we point and laugh at that dude.

thats a good thing. level the playing field because gender is irrelevant in business.

there's only 2 categories in my mind: shit talkers and people who produce results. most people here are in the first category. i get them in my inbox all the time. i get a lot of workaholics too, and i could care less what color hair they wear. i'm ready to work if they are.

if you are focused on anyone else's gender (that you aren't fucking) i think you should focus inward and get some inner peace. and probably get the fuck out of Canada :1orglaugh

When I say female-dominated, I mean women have a lot more knowledge and say in what happens with their content, and they now know they can make residual money rather than just a one-time payout.

I personally would love for solo sites to come back out but with the models being so aware of the residuals they can make, it will never be what it once was. Everyone is too available via social media.

You are right that society is generally paying really inadequate attention to men's feelings.

But women get social penalties no matter what life choices we make. This is relevant to why entrepreneurship can be a good fit for women who don't have homemaker as the goal.

We may be heading to a crueler society, but definitely not a matriarchy.

Here in Canada, everything the system favours is hidden behind caring about "women" and "minorities" and "harm reduction" but, ultimately, all of these things just support the establishment and funneling of power and money upwards to create an elite class and an underclass, as evident of the direction of the country over the last 10+ years. It is all fake, but wrapping itself in ideology to prevent people from questioning much.

Tubevideditor 02-05-2024 09:53 PM

Porn used to be exciting and kind of hidden away.
Now its almost mainstream and is everywhere.
Is it slowing down? Probably not but its just more accessable now and they are many many more places to buy/consume it from now so the slices of cake we all get are much smaller now.

How do you sell or promote content these days as an affiliate? Blogs, your own tubes?

Retiree 03-14-2024 05:14 AM

Not boring at all...there were never hotter women shooting porn as these days. 20 years ago we had a few 7s, but most actresses were 5 or below. Nowadays 10s are shooting porn.

Dude, you keep complaining about Canada but never do anything about it. We get it, Canada is a shithole, but there are at least 50 better countries in the world, where you can live. Don't waste your life by complaining...it is very short and will be over soon. Go someplace else.

Porn, for the consumer and talent, is better than it's ever been.

Not so much for the middle guys. You guys are experiencing your own version of that mass tech layoff.
