where do I report CP to German authorities ?
 

I've found a CP toplist with describtions like "illegal lolitas fucking animals" or " click here to see my sister's ( 12 ) birthday party".
I've thought that such sites are run by Russians, but this one is run by a German from Berlin...
Where can I report it ?

If there are only descriptions but no pics they can´t do anything. Same goes if the kids on the pics are 14 ore obove. I think you know that you should not send them any material to proof?

Since i don´t trust german authorities in cases of CP i think it´s a better idea to report to ASACP

I don´t think that 14+ is legal in germany ( at least i hope so) but it is not CP for the law (§ 176 StGB)

Descriptions aren't illegal. Period.

Sounds like descriptions from newsgroup postings.. they put all sorts of stuff there to get clicks..
