websitebilling.com (billing company) ceased operation? cheated to webmasters no pays
 

Dear Friends,,



Here is the news that Website billing.com is now ceased its operations from 23rd of this month may 2003 and it is stoped all the transaction and closed the accounts of webmasters without giving prior notice. So the webmaster like me suffered due this cheating.
Those guys have not even given money of sales last month to now... near to 5000 dollars.

So any one is there having idea about this matter
so any one can help how to handle with them to get the money back

Er. It is interesting how, when an adult business goes under, even when they don't get bankruptcy protection, there is no talk of the fact that by law they still owe all debts. WBSs customers are still owed money, and should be going after it instead of throwing up their hands.

Let's put it this way... Some people will get some money from them. Liquidation, legal judgements, etc. The question each of their customers should ask is "Can I be one of them?" There may be a few drops in that stone, yet.

For legal judgements you can wait years in the states to collect, if ever.

As for liquidation etc, its entirely possible for a company to have no assets, especially if they are an offshore company... and if there is no bankruptcy filed, then if would have to be worth the cost of litigation and recovery to make it worth suing to get anything.

They spend more money than they receive usually does it.

Probably on wages for the bosses.

They also paid, or rather, had deducted, from their accounts, massive and ridiculous fines from the cc companies with no warning and no way to get the money back?
