Photo Shoot Contracts
 

Hey guys,

Can anyone post up a typical contract you woul have a girl sign after a photoshoot? Just a typical contract that basicaly states that you can use the photos for whatever you want and she can't do shit about it...

Model has to have a passport, because you have to prove, she is 18+ and she has to fill Model release.

I would recommend something being signed before the shoot :)

always do it before not after. and get a lawyer ... laws change depending on states countries and universes

your profile says you are in australia. we do one before and after, cause thats what the lawyer said to do (different documents by the way). cant sign a release that says they are happy for the work that was taken to be used if the work hasnt been taken.

if you are in aus and planning on shooting content, i assume your lawyer would have told you it is not legal in all states, and there is variations in what is cool and not in those states that you can shoot in.

if you cant afford a lawyer, dont go dealing with models or shooting content.
