Migrating all servers to .onion

Hello World!

.onion the final frontier.

We decided to migrate all servers to .onion

http://htn6o2afqi7n75two4wb5viosqnwbu2ye52tddwsijtrlcogfd zxdtyd.onion/

if you are interested in this very lucrative "wild west"

go here:

https://www.torproject.org/

:thumbsup:2 cents: :pimp

plsureking 12-10-2023 11:33 PM

yay more servers to ban :1orglaugh

why would you want to be on a hacker network unless you are a hacker?

#

nakeddutch 12-12-2023 12:47 AM

you mean a private network --- 100% anonymous - porn surfers love tor because it is nobody's business what you surf.

:thumbsup

your surfers kinda need a tor browser to do anything tor.
perhaps a redirect pointing them to the correct browser to use with tor.

nakeddutch 12-13-2023 02:04 AM

The only way to get paid, today - (Fuck third party billing):

1. compile (from source) : a bitccoin knots core - found here: https://bitcoinknots.org/

2. compile a dogecoin core : found here:: https://github.com/dogecoin/dogecoin/releases/

3. open a .onion

4. get paid directly into your core.

5. you have to learn, to control your own money in this industry.

you have to understand .onion is a whole new internet with it's own rules and traffic base.

we gently tell people get TOR BROWSER here: https://www.torproject.org/

The key - you can surf both .onion & internet sites - with a tor browser. the other browsers can't do what tor browser does.

as more people go, "tor browser", the traffic base increases. it is only a matter of time before porn surfers find tor (once found they won't leave) - because they both need security and anonymity when surfing porn.

Also. Tor is used by roughly 2 million people (according to info I searched on Google, might not be 100% correct), so it's a much smaller user base. Less users, less growth. Doesn't it concern you?

no. with more webmasters getting .onion,
it's just a matter of time - this is v3 for tor, it's not going to stop.
it's a new "wild west" for the opportunity hungry. your
websurfers can easily get a tor browser and "enjoy both worlds".

No, but there was IRC

V_RocKs 12-14-2023 04:55 AM

While there are millions of users per day using tor, only 1.5% use .onion sites.

This is stupid. Not private. Law enforcement arrest all the time people on .onion. Most of onion all illegal child corn. You act like you are telling us something new to the internet, you may as well be trying to convinve us to advertise in newsgroups....

....

long story short - the internet is "bad" on both sides.

yeah - ofcourse tor is not new but if you manage to open a ".onion" you'll understand something as a webmaster - not just an adult one. an "inefficiency" in computers - that's my intent.
(noobs can't - tough)

we're waiting for our domains to expire on this shit internet and all it's "inefficiency" (yeah we made money - good money)

You have the IQ of a Peanut and remind me of so many old board trolls from here.

2MuchMark 12-16-2023 09:55 AM

So, bad idea for several reasons.

When you use the Tor browser because contacting any server requires the pass-through of 3 different Onion routers that each apply a layer of security and anonymity which is good, but it also makes it a haven for criminal activity. Your ISP knows when you connect to the onion network which is why criminals who use the dark web get caught. The worst problem is that using the Tor browser is actually not secure for the user in its default settings so the user has to take extra steps such as disabled javascript if he doesn't want to get backed. The safest way is to use an ultra secure OS such as Tails running as a VM on the users machine.

Placing a website in the dark web can serve your clients but it can't be crawled by Google, so forget search engine ranking and easy advertising. Your customers would never know how to get to your website unless you provided them with the exact URL which is very long and mostly randomized.

The worst problem is that using the Tor browser is actually not secure for the user and smarter users will know this. The default settings in the Tor browser that hackers take advantage of, so you need to disable Javascript. The safest way is to use an ultra secure OS such as Tails.

Wouldn't anyone who knows how to do all of that already know how and where to get their porn fix for free anyway?

So having to have a porn consumer jump through all of those hoops, AND take all of those risks, AND have to pay via crypto for it, doesn't sound like a good business model to me. Getting a regular payment processor or a bank involved would seem impossible to me too.

/2c.

OMG! i've been called "a name". :1orglaugh

- anyway.....

your journey as a webmaster ends when you open your own .onion

the insight you gain from opening a .onion, is worth the effort - whether you sell or not.

zijlstravideo 12-18-2023 12:35 PM

If all users use the same exit nodes (thus, same IP adresses), how can you calculate and apply VAT?

Regular payments are pretty much impossible, except for crypto, which excludes 99% of your potential customers. Add an .onion domain on top of that, and there's basically nothing left to gain in terms of profit.

Also, a list of the TOR exit nodes (IP's) is hosted on the official TOR project website: https://check.torproject.org/torbulkexitlist

I'd bet most, if not all, affiliate programs have those IP's on their blacklist, which means, no affiliate sales either. Same for ad networks, and even some webmasters block TOR traffic.

I'm not a rocket scientist, but basic math tells me that I would lose around 99.999% of my income, if I'd swith to the TOR network today.

zawali 12-18-2023 03:25 PM

Pornhub also used to have an onion site but I do not know if it is still working or not

There is nothing called exit nodes when you access onion sites, exit nodes are only used when accessing normal sites (clearnet sites) with TOR browser. An exit node is used to leave the TOR network, we leave TOR network when we access a .com or .net site with TOR browser, but we do not leave the TOR network when we access .onion sites

It's like a bonus for any webmaster to host an .onion.

hey look, pal -

1. how much does it cost to get an .onion domain?

2. when does it expire?

questions, like this, should - maybe - raise an eyebrow of any adult webmaster....

Dude, you talk about it like its some new thing. I have been using Tor for years...its not new, its not growing much, its a smaller group of people, who will definitely not pay for porn unless its something crazy illegal. All the regular porn they can find easily for free, as its not the regular average people who are using Tor.
