Stolen Property
 

A few of you might have read my other posts regarding my asshole room mate. Well he decided to move out and stop paying rent (a threat with small claims court solved that - he's on the lease as well), and stuff is showing up missing here (place is always locked - windows and doors) and he's the only person with a key.

Unfortunately I can't really file a police report cause they're consumables (alcohol) and I'm under 21. But this has happened twice and I confronted him the first time and he made up insane amounts of lies (contradicted himself multiple times).

What the hell should I do? Setup some kind of surveillance or what?

Your age doesnt have anything to do with it.

He stole plain and simple :thumbsup

Actually, if i were you i would sue the liquor store that sold it to you or ask them to settle out of court hehehe.

Ever thought of changing the locks?

Not allowed to. He's still legally on the lease, so he has a right to have a key, and come in the apartment (even though 0% of things here belong to him, including the utilities).

Rig a string to a shotgun to blow away his knees.Either that or get a monitored alarm system

Let him sue you if he wants a key to a place he doesn't live in, has nothing in, and doesn't pay anything towards.

And if the landlord bitches, have a key on hand ready to give HIM... and explain the situation that your roomate has moved out 100% and needs to be removed from the lease...

you need a door blow-torch ala home alone

or you can get him with a gluey piece of saran wrap haning from the doorway, and when he kicks the tripwire, the fan goes on and blows pillow feathers at his face,which will be glued to his face

if that doesnt work wait around with the lights off, and when he eventually comes in, stab him to death


OR

you could track HIM down, and then kill him and make copies of his appartment key, and then steal alcohol from future tenents as some sort of restitution
