For the Paysite Tour Gurus
 

Our new paysite tour will have lots of thumbs of movies and images that is in the members section

Now here is the question, what should surfers be able to do while browsing the tour.

1) Allow them to click on all thumbs to see larger versions of the samples

2) When they click on a thumb take them to the join page

3) Dont let them click

I do have 15 second trailers in the tour.

What do you think?

From a surfer's point of view, the 2nd option pisses me off. If I see a thumbnail and a link, I expect to see more of that girl, at least a tease before getting the CC out. So I would do option 1 or 3, my preference is for #1 though.

I'd say a combination of #1 and #2. Allow the surfer to click on the pics to get a larger version, but frame the fullsize pic with the join page.

Assuming the tour is updated frequently...

Most recent update - allow them to watch the promo clips/see the pics without hassle. Next most recent update - have the vids/pics open but pop the join page when they click the preview link.

All older updates just link to the join page.
