what type of site is it that needs doing? most designers will charge a couple grand for design of a couple pages, then another fee for integration.

might be cheaper to have the design one by a designer, then integration done by someone else, as they will save on that, as most of the time the designers outsource that part.

i usally have someone do my designs, then i do the html/css to wp part which is pretty quick. all depends on budget who i can recommend.

some are 500-600 range for design some are 1500-3000
