OK this is through phpmyadmin, host granted all priveleges
the other day , now wtf it still wont let me any ideas?

That reminds me of that SNL skit of the tech support guy that treats everyone like a dumbass. So good.

try to reset the "guido" password and try again ... if problem still exist try to check on the user priviledges ...
